Getting to Coull Farm and Islay

When you arrive on Islay, either by air or sea, head for Bridgend. Take the turning (right or left depending on how you arrived on Islay) marked Port Charlotte.

After about 5 miles turn right at B8018 sign-posted as Kichoman and drive stright for about 6 miles, past the trekking centre.

Take a right turn when you see a row of white houses ahead. After half a mile or so you will reach the Coull road end where you will see the Scottish Tourist Board (STB) sign. Turn left up the drive.
